Alan Nobles is a former United States Air Force Emergency Medical Technician and a certified personal trainer
with over 17 years in the health and fitness industry. He currently holds certifications in Sports Nutrition and Advanced
Personal Training. He has held certifications for: Advanced Strength and Conditioning, Strength Training for Special Population Groups,
Exercise Prescription, Personal Trainer, Golf Conditioning, Pre/Post Natal Exercise, Post Rehabilitative Training, National Registry of
Emergency Technicians and South Carolina Emergency Medical Technician.
Michelle Orme holds a Bachelors Degree in Athletic Training from BYU. She has been a personal trainer in the
Carolinas since 1993, with specialties in group fitness, advanced nutrition for weight loss, competitive fitness modeling, sports specific
training and children's fitness. She is a former adjunct professor in Nutrition/Health Sciences at MTC in Columbia, SC. She has worked as a
Medical Athletic Trainer for the Baptist Medical Rehabilitation Center and an Athletic Trainer for various high school and college sports teams.
