Next Camp - Spring 2008

Why Boot Camp?

Put simply, it's the best way to get in shape in the shortest amount of time.  As a personal trainer for the past 17 years, I've looked for every possible method to get my clients in shape and this program works better than anything else.  Gyms are full of complicated equipment and poorly trained staff.  Most people who join a gym become confused and frustrated within the first few weeks and quickly drop out of sight, never to return again.  The honest truth is that if you want to make a smaller, tighter version of your existing self, you will have to work at it consistently until you reach your goal. You also need to have someone teach you what to do and how to eat in order to achieve that goal.  Spending an hour or two per week at the gym and following the lastest diet fad simply won't cut it.  Unless you're a competitive athlete or a fitness expert, you are going to need a better plan.  This is it. There are no machines or equipment involved, no smoothie bars, no contracts, no mirrors, no music, no women in thongs and no choreographed dance steps.  Although this is a "military style" program, you won't be singled out and you won't be yelled at.  In short, this is a great program for the average person trying to lose weight and get back in shape.
